Jared is an Investor at Pruven Capital. Prior to joining Pruven, he was an investment banker at GCA Advisors in San Francisco where he focused on M&A and Private Capital transactions across the technology landscape. While at GCA, Jared worked on a variety of transactions including IDIQ’s sale to Corsair Capital, Redflex Holdings’ sale to Verra Mobility, and a private capital transaction with TAE Technologies.

Jared graduated from Duke University where he earned a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in Environmental Science and Policy. In his spare time, you can find Jared on his mountain bike exploring the hills around the Bay Area or snowboarding his way around the Northern California mountains.
